Alt Offline Chess Privacy Policy

Alt Offline Chess is an iOS, iPadOS, and visionOS application provided by Alita Software. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains how information is handled in the app.

Data collection and storage

  • The app does not collect, store, or share personal data with Alita Software.
  • Chess games, settings, and local gameplay state remain on your device.
  • No analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools are used.
  • Nearby pairing uses Apple local peer-to-peer connectivity and does not send gameplay data to Alita Software servers.
  • We do not have access to your games, nearby pairing sessions, or device-local activity.

In-app purchases

  • Premium computer levels 6–10 are available through a non-consumable in-app purchase.
  • Purchase transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
  • We do not collect, store, or process payment card information.
  • We do not track or store your purchase history on Alita Software servers.

Third-party services

Alt Offline Chess does not integrate with advertising, analytics, or third-party services that collect user data. App Store purchases and restores are processed by Apple.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
